I wouldn't trust anyone else with my home. Five stars doesn't seem like enough! I have used Caden for several different projects over the years, including bistro lighting, holiday lighting for several seasons, and most recently, custom lighting for my front yard. Every single time, he has exceeded my expectations. What sets Caden apart is that he doesn’t just show up and install lights—he genuinely cares about the finished product. He has an incredible eye for what will look best, pays attention to the smallest details, and takes pride in his work. The custom lighting he has installed has transformed the look of my home. It looks beautiful, polished, and professionally designed. He is also one of the most professional, dependable, and respectful people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He communicates, follows through, shows up when he says he will, and treats your home and your property as if they were his own. And perhaps most importantly, he cares about his clients. You can tell that he isn't simply trying to complete a job and move on to the next one. He wants you to love the result—and he won't settle for anything less than doing the job right. I've continued to use Briggs Brothers Lighting year after year because I know exactly what I'm going to get: exceptional workmanship, creativity, professionalism, and a finished product that looks amazing.
Extremely impressed by Caden Briggs and Briggs Brothers Lighting. From the first conversation, Caden was polished and professional. He showed up on time and communicated clearly. He walked our yard, pointed out the perfect spots for lighting, and explained his reasoning for each one. The install itself was just as sharp and efficient, and Caden left the yard spotless afterward. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Incredible value for the quality of work at that price point IMO. Caden even followed up a few weeks after completing the job to check in on how everything was working. Really loved that, as I almost never see that anymore. Cannot recommend Caden and Briggs Brothers Lighting enough.
We have used Briggs Brothers Lighting for 6 years at two different homes both for holiday lighting and backyard bistro lights. Every job they do turns out amazing and we are always extremely happy. One year a portion of our Christmas lights fell because of an extreme storm and before I had even realized the lights had fallen Caden texted me letting me know he would be there to fix them in 30 minutes. He happened to be at a neighbors house that morning and noticed they had fallen. There team is always on the ball with everything they do.
Caden and his team have done a great job for us over the years, on time, organized, attention to detail, highly highly recommend him and his company.
I’m extremely impressed with how professional and hardworking the young man who did my landscape and walkway lighting was. He showed up on time, did fantastic work, and even charged me less than originally quoted! These guys gave me hope for the next generation! They work hard, take pride in what they do, and it shows. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be using them for my holiday lighting. Highly recommend!

Briggs Brothers Lighting had been to my house countless times for a variety of work. Every time they come, I find more for them to do because they do such a great job. Caden Briggs, the owner, is very professional, organized, and prompt. They have hung bistro lights for me, holiday lights, and landscaping lights. I get compliments from numerous people on how nice my house looks with all the lighting. I highly recommend Briggs Brothers Lighting!

I had a minor issue in a parking lot today, and the owner of this company, Caden, happened to be installing outdoor lighting at a nearby restaurant patio. Even though it had nothing to do with him, he immediately offered to help and was incredibly kind. In the short time I saw him working, I also noticed his attention to detail with the lighting installation. Between that and the way he treated a complete stranger, I would definitely hire him for my own project. I really appreciated his kindness.
I don’t normally right reviews but I was so pleased with Briggs Brothers Lighting that I just felt compelled to give them a great big shout out and say thanks so much for bringing the light back into my life! We are now able to entertain and enjoy our backyard in the evenings.
